Classic Cherry Brandy Liqueur Kit to make 6 bottles
A typical steeped fruit liqueur, its origins are traced to Peter Heering who first made it in 1818. The cherries are crushed and together with other herbs are steeped in spirit in a large wooden vat for several months. It improves with age.
You will need in addition to the kit the following: two x one gallon/5litre demijohns,a bored cork and airlock to fit a demijohn, a length of clear plastic tubing, water and white granulated sugar.
Three weeks later you will enjoy your own home made liqueurs.
