Classic Peach Schnappe Liqueur Kit
Everybody's modern favourite, Peach Schnapps has only recently been developed, but is already very popular. It has a complex blend of fresh and ripe peaches, not high in alcohol, and has found a place in cocktails.
Only sugar and water is required
You will need in addition to the kit the following: two x one gallon/5litre demijohns,a bored cork and airlock to fit a demijohn, a length of clear plastic tubing, water and white granulated sugar.
Three weeks later you will enjoy your own home made liqueurs
