Payment can be made by credit or debit card with complete security online or alternatively, telephone us on 01932 856542 with your credit/debit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta.
A cheque can be sent through the post payable to: Whytes Home Wine Equipment and sent to our registered office: Protea, Stompond Lane, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 1HB.

FREE DELIVERY
for Mainland England, Wales, parts of Scotland when your order is over £65. Orders will be despatched within 7 working days (This does not include Bank Holidays & Public Holidays). Most orders will be sent within 24/48 hours by Business Post or DHL Couriers and delivered within 24/48 hours. (Excluding more remote parts of Great Britain).
For orders under £65 but weighing more than a kilo the delivery and handling charge will be either for lighter, smaller packages £4.99 or heavier packages £5.99. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Highlands approx £9.00
For parcels weighing less that one kilo, if preferred these can be sent via by Royal Mail at their current postal rates which depending on weight can be as little as £1.99 rising to £4.99.

For parcels to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Highlands, Scottish Isles and European destinations we will contact you via email or telephone with the shipping charges.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
If a product is out of stock or has been discontinued you will be notified immediately. We will offer you an alternative product or a revised delivery date.
We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as a result of Business Post or DHL Couriers wrongly given information.
FREE LOCAL HOME AND WORK PLACE DELIVERIES
We deliver FREE OF CHARGE locally to many of our customers. To qualify for this service, spend over £50 and live in a 5 mile radius of Staines, Middlesex and we will deliver your order free of charge. If under £50 there is a small surcharge of £4.00 for this service
Why not visit us at Staines Arts & Crafts market held in the High Street every 1st Friday in the month from April through to December (excluding August) from 9.00pm - 5.00pm. Also the 3rd Sunday in the month (excluding May & August) 10.00pm. - 3.00pm
Friday 2nd April, Friday 7th May, Friday 4th June, Friday 2nd July, (excluding August)Friday 3rd September, Friday 1st October, Friday 5th November, Friday 3rd December & Friday 17th December.
