Harris Liquid Pectinaze 15 ml


Harris Liquid Pectinaze is sufficient for up to 20 gallons of wine or cider.

Add 10 drops of this pectic enzyme to each gallon (5 litres) of wine or cider
preferably at the beginning of fermentation

By adding this enzyme to your fruit must any pectin hazes in wine/cider such as apple or plum will be
destroyed allowing the wine to clear more easier.
